My order

1.-How long does it take for my order to arrive?

In the Metropolitan Region, the order usually takes between 1 to 2 business days. In other regions, delivery time may vary between 3 to 10 business days, depending on distance. It is important to keep in mind that, during high demand dates, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

2.-I already paid, how do I know if everything is okay?

After making your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. At the top of this confirmation email, you will find the reference "ORDER #XXXX", which will help you identify your purchase later.

3.-Do you ship to all of Chile?

Yes, we have a wide network of couriers that allows us to make shipments throughout the country.

Returns & Exchanges

1.-How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

For changes: You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

For returns: You have 10 days from when you received the product.

2.-What conditions must I meet to make an exchange or return?

Making an exchange or return is very simple, just make sure you first meet the following criteria:

-The product must not have been used, washed, or present any type of damage.

-It must be in its complete original packaging and labels in perfect condition.

-All accessories included with the product must be returned.

-Returns are only accepted for items from the same order in one package. If you wish to return items from different orders, please do so separately to ensure a smooth returns process.

How do I make the exchange/return?

If you meet all the requirements mentioned, please follow the following steps:

  2. Fill out the form with the requested information.
  3. Go to the courier branch of your choice and send your product to the address: Lo Echevers 400 bodega 2 y 3, commune of Quilicura, Santiago .
  4. Notify us of the shipment of the product by contacting us at or via WhatsApp at +56 9 3258 5137 .
  • For exchanges: We will send you a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned product, with which you can make a new purchase in our online store. You will cover the cost of shipping the product to our warehouse, but don't worry about the return shipping; We will take care of it, and the gift card will include an additional fee to cover this shipping cost.
  • For Returns: The refund will be made once we confirm that the returned product meets all our requirements. The money refund process will take up to 7 business days from the day the product is received in our warehouse. The cost of sending the product to our warehouse is on you.

Money refunds:

Our clients will have a period of 10 days to terminate the contract concluded by electronic means from the moment they receive the product. It must be unused, with all its labels and original packaging. Refunds will be reflected in the same payment method in which the purchase was made within a period of 7 business days, from the time the product is received in our warehouse. Refunds for purchases made with Gift Cards, once the return is approved, a new Gift Card will be generated with the refund amount.
